It is a very competitive price, and is in very good condition. It has 3 bed/2bath a refuge from office, customs house 1 acre, fully landscaped, new paint and carpets, block walls around the entire acre, and uses great restraint. It is in the distant valley West Phoenix, AZ … I used to think it was a bad time to buy, but now I think is just all in how you look. Sure, it's a bad time to sell the maximum price but – It's a buyer's market "meaning that people buy. Therefore, it is not necessarily a time of" bad "but not the best time to get the most money … Thanks =)
You already know, but now is the worst time to sell a home. 1 days can last forever. Good luck, you might want talk to people around the area. The mouth can be better than a realtor.
